Hon. Justice Vincent Zehurikize, who has been the head of\r\nHigh Court Civil Division, has been transferred to Mbarara High Court circuit\r\npending his retirement due in three months after clocking the mandatory\r\nretirement age of 65.

The transfer was effected with immediate effect by\r\nPrincipal Judge Hon. Justice Yorokamu Bamwine in a memo addressed to Hon. Justice\r\nZehurikize and copied to various judicial officers including Acting Chief\r\nJustice Steven Kavuma. 

Hon. Justice Zehurikize has been the head of Civil\r\nDivision since May following the elevation of the then head, Hon. Justice Eldad\r\nMwangusya to the Court of Appeal. Hon. Justice Stephen Musota now becomes the\r\nhead of Civil Division.
